What is Chi Pilates?
Chiball with Mat Pilates is a corrective mat exercise regime designed to improve mobility, reduce knee, back and neck pain, strengthen the core and shoulder girdle.
We work with Pilates on the Mat, Theraband, and ChiBall Remedial Pilates.
Chi Pilates begins with Pilates on the mat, moving into ChiBall Remedial exercises with focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the healing arts;
Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga & Pilates.
Bringing Mindfulness to life – Chi Pilates is an experience, a journey that starts with the rejuvenation of the body and emotions, and continues with a way of life that reflects harmony, balance and wellbeing, both within and without.
